Look on your I-94 white card, should be attached with the passport. It could be I-20 if you are student, H-1 if you are non-innigrant worker, B1/B2 if you entered on a tourist visa etc etc

I am on H1-b and married to US citizin so in this case i think i should file Advance Parole b/c my Visa is not stamp for the 2nd period of H1-B as mine first period is already done.

i -131 FILE should i file this or my wife who is petitioner ?

I have one more question, In Part 7 it says " On seperate Sheet(s) of paper, pls explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any docuemtns you wish considered (see instructions). "


what does that means ?????????????
