What is the correct fee for AP on I-131 per latest INS guidelines ? Instruction on I-131 described below says NO fee for AP as of July 30th, 2007. I filed in May 2007.

For fees for I-131(advanced parole) it says $305 although according to the latest Instruction for I-131 on page 8 of the I-131 instructions it says "NOTE: If you filed a Form I-485, Application to register Permanent residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30th 2007, no fee is required to also file a request for advance parole on Form I-131. You may file I-131 concurrently or at a later date ......

There is no fee for those who filed a I-485 on or after July 30th 2007 (with the new fee of $1,010).

For those who filed BEFORE July 30th, will have to pay the current fee of $ 305.
