I-131 approved but never received (over 30 days)

Hello there!

I am a bit concerned about my I-131 (travel documents), and wanted to share it here to see if anyone had had that problem before:

to this day (nov.17) I still didn't receive my I-131 notice or anything related to it. Though, it says online that my I-131 has been approved and that a notice as been send on the 16th of october. I called them about after 2 weeks after that day but they said they couldn't do anything if it has not been over 30 days from the day they say they send it. So i called them today, it has been over 30 days now. I asked about the notice but more importantly my actual travel documents, cause if it has been approved i should have them by now. The lady told me that she was gonna report the problem and she gave me some kind of a reference number, and told me they will contact me within 45 days...
I have not moved since i started the process and i received all the mail with no problem before, including EAC.
Did this ever happened to anyone here? If yes, how long did it took after the problem report to finally get the travel documents?

Here is my journey so far:

07/24: mailed package to chicago
08/16: receipts received
08/19: biometrics appointement notice received
08/30: request for initial evidences received
09/02: biometrics appointement day
10/16: I-131 approval notice sent (seen online)
10/24: I-765 approval notice sent (seen online)
10/27: I-765 approval notice and EAC received

Thanks in advance if someone can share a similar experience.
Have a nice day! =)

So today i receive a letter from USCIS, telling that yes they created an advance parole document and send it to me, that i have notified them that i didnt received it, and that the post office didnt returned it to them.
So they suggest me that what i can do is: file for I-131 all over again... And pay the fee of course... :(

Anyone here to share a similar experience? That would be greatly appreciated.

I am confused, I can't see where you wrote 130 instead of 765 while asking about 131. Please restate your problem.

If they asked you to re-file, just do it. Attach a copy of your 485's noa and the letter they sent you asking you to do it, I don't think you should pay - you did not receive the original one and 131 comes free with 485.

I had a similar situation but with 102. I just saw an update online for an RFE which I never received and it was never returned. I called every 30 days from June to Oct. yet they had cashed my check in June! I got tired and decided to resubmit even though they hadn't asked me to. I wrote a cover letter explaining everything with all those no.s they give when you call. After they received they processed my I94 and sent it to me.

Thank you very much for the answer :)
I sent a letter + copy of 485's noa + copy of their letter asking me to refile.
We'll see what happens.
Thanx!

I send the letter on 12/01, and the day after, the date of the last update for my I-131 online changed to 12/02/2008, but just the date changed nothing new was notified.
But they got my letter only on 12/03...
So maybe the travel documents that they initially sent to me finally got returned to them, after a month and a half i dont know...
We'll see what happen now.

When your documents online are returned usually the update online shows 'returned due to ....' I had the mailman sometimes delivering my mail and sometimes returning  - until I contacted USPS.

so i finally received my travel documents, they were send on dec. 2nd which is before they received my mail.
so i am assuming they got it returned after 1 month and a half, and send it back to me.

i have a question regarding those travel documents though.
it says on it: "presentation of the original of this documentallows a customs and border proctection inspector at a port of entry, to parole the named bearer into the united states based upon urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit"
visiting family, which is why i would go abroad, is not really any of the above. is it risky to go to visit family using advance parole travel documents, or can they mess with you at the airport?
wouldn t it be safer to wait a little more until the interview would (hopefully!) be approved and travel with a temporary green card?
