I heard that USCIS is now asking for FP for anyone applying for I-131 and expecting an extra fee of $80 with application. But all those guys like me who applied before this rule came into effect, are you also getting FP notices. Or are they asking for the fee along with fP notices. I am really confused. Tried calling them, but i guess there is no way to reach them nowdays.
