I-131 Advanced Payrole

Hi, I applied my I-485 in April 2002 along with my EAD & Advanced Payrole. I got the EAD but still I am waiting for Advanced Payrole. Anybody have an idea how much time I-131 takes. I am worried because currently NSC processing I-131 July 2002. AVM says it will take 120 - 150 days before .......
Anybody have in the same boat? Please reply.

Don't worry

We applied I-485, EAD, Ap on July 2001
We got the EAD on Oct- 2001
Ap on January 2002

It took a while to approve our AP... Don't worry....
 
On the other hand......

We too applied in April 02 (very close to your ND), but received both AP and EAD early June. If you look at Rupnet, this seems to be the normal time frame. However, your case 5 months old.....:confused:
 
Our case was the other way ....

We applied for AOS, AP and EAD at the same time - Dec. 01.

We received our EAD and AP within 3 weeks! We thought that INS (NSC) has improved and our hopes went very high that we would get approved within 6-8 months.

And here we are, still waiting for our AVM message to reflect the FP status!

And all those June/July guys still waiting!

And the time has come that we have to get our EAD/AP renewed (that makes us think, why did we get our EAD approved so fast, when we could have waited for a couple of months longer and would not have to struggle to re-apply for renewal)!

Go figure!

We applied 485, AP, EAD in mid April 2002.

Got our EAD in June, AP in mid July 2002.
