This question might have been answered already but I could not find it in the posts.
My status is working for the same Company that filed for H1/GC Labor.
I have valid H1 extension (797) approval (10th year i think) but last time I entered US, I did not get H1-B stamping instead used my Advance Parole to enter in US (So, I assume my status when entering is Parolee).
My company lawyer says I still can be on H1 status as I am working in same company and can switch to H1 next time I leave country and go to get stamping or extend my H1 again. So, I did not show EAD at the company and am working.
Now, I am applying for another advance parole (travel document) and I have a question for Part 1 (Question 3) Class of Admission - Should I put it as Parolee or H1?
