I am a duel Canadian US citizen. My wife and I got married about one week before I took a job in the US. My question is if the I 130 is the proper starting point to bring here to the usa. Being Canadian she is legally allowed to be in the usa for 6 months . So would she be allowed to submit her paper work while visiting me in the USA and is yes can she stay after that point. We have been together for many years and proof of relationship will be no problem to establish. Any direction you could give would be great. thank you.
