I am U.S. citizen.
I adopted my nephew 2 years ago(he has never been in US), then I filled I-130 and 9 months later they asked additional documents.... to provide a proof that I resided with him for the last 2 years.
How can I proof that if I live in USA and he (my adopted nephew) lives in a different country.
What does USCIS want?
