Hello everybody.
6 year ago I came to USA. My visa was b1-b2. Bill Clinton left the White House and all illegal immigrants, who entered the country before December of 2000, could apply for Green Card, so did we - me, my habby and my son. Since that time all my family (my mother, brother, and grandma) became a US citizens. 6 years past and my case is still pending, non of the questions when it'll come to the end are answered. We did update the case, sent proof to ISCIS that family members are the US citizens now. We called USCIS, and they recommended to visit a local office. On January of this year me and my mother went there, the officer told us that case was not approved and decision was made on the beginning of February 2006 (almost 1 year ago). However online status check still shows pending case. What can we do in this situation? Should we believe officer (who did not show us any decision written on paper, we did not received anything from USCIS neither), or should we wait until God knows when?
