I-130 upgrade from my wife's AOS (485).

Hello all:

My citizenship ceremony is this week. After that, i plan to get into the wife's (she is here as student) 485 issue.
We applied for I-130 3 yrs ago based on my green card and i have an approved letter. However as green card based I-130 PD is not current, i am UPGRADING it to be citizenship based.

Does this involve just calling up 1-800 number and upgrade it on the system?
Do i have to wait for another I-130 approval from them before i can send the AOS package w/ other forms?
appreciate all responses.

Spouse GC->citizen. new process or upgrade approved 130?

Hi,
I'm in the same boat. Spouse is on H-1B in US and I-130 was approved 2 years back but the visa date is not current.
I have my citizenship interview on June 18th.
What is the procedure for spouse's application? Is spouse eligible to apply for 485 directly using old I-130? Should a new process be initiated?
Thanks .

no, you can file AOS with a copy of I-130 approval notice, cover letter and a copy of the naturalization certificate.

thx lucy.
Since i am in miami, do i apply to miami office or texas office for my spouse I-485.
Also, upgrading via the USCIS phone is enough?
thx
