I-130 transfered to NVC but the beneficiary are in US, how to do?

I am a USC and I support my mother for GC. I just got the I-130 approved and it said that the case has been sent to NVC. however, my mother is living in USA with me. what can I do next to get her adustment of status?

You have to file I-485 fir her also, NVC will get in touch with you, let them know of the change in circumstances and they will do the needful.

so I do not need to talk to NVC first and just file I-485 to USCIS? then waiting for NVC's information and reply them?

That step I am not aware of, they will advice you what you should do next, you can do this though to expedite things, call NVC up rather than waiting to get a letter from em and go from there.
