Hi,

Can anyone filed I-130 recently share what you submitted as supporting documents to prove an ongoing marital relationship? Here is mine:

1. Copy of Marriage certificate
2. Joint ownership of car
3. Lease agreement showing joint tenancy
4. Joint bank account info
5. Birth certificate of children
6. Family insurance info
7. Retirement plan beneficiary info
8. Life insurance beneficiary info
9. Wedding photos and other family photos

Now, my special case is that my wife didn't live with me in the first 3 years of our marriage since I was a green card holder at that time and she couldn't get a US visa to join me. She got a F1 visa in 2007 and joined me since then and we had a baby early this year.

What other documents do you think I need to provide with I-130 or prepare for interview?

Thanks!

those doc's are more than enough, its good that you sending all these docs, even if you sent a marriage cert. that would be fine, cuz anyways you need to show these docs to them at the interview

As doctor1 said your list pretty much has everything that is required for I-130. You may want to keep copies of all of these for your records.
