Hi,
I am a GC holder and filed I-130 petition for my husband 2 years back. I received an RFE notice last month. (Surprisingly enough, the RFE notice did not mention in particular if there's anything missing from my file. It was a very general RFE and all it said - 'respond only to this RFE if you think you didn't submit any of the supporting documents in the list below (it had a list of all the basic evidence we need to provide with an I-130 application) with the original application.
I responded 2 weeks back with a simple letter stating all the basic evidence has been submitted w/ the original application.
Has anyone experienced this before? Also, could someone please let me know how long does it usually take b/w responding to an RFE notice and getting the approval.
Thanks in advance,
