Here is my situation. I got my green card last year. I am planning to marry in dec 2003. Fiance is on F1 and plans to
graduate in dec 2004. 1 yr opt after that.
I plan to file for I-130 in jan 2004. Here are my questions.
* How long is the wait for I-130 approval.
* What is a V visa? Can i apply for V visa after 3 yrs of filing for
I-130? thus EAD?
* At what stage can i apply for her EAD.
* What is the process after I-130 is approved? Apply for
I-485 ?
