Fellow members: I have two questions about the I-130. The first one relates section C question 17:
It reads like this:
List husband/wife and all children of your relative. I understand if I am filing for my wife, but how about if I am filing for my child? Should I put my child's name first and them list the whole family?
Section D question #1 reads like this: If separate petitions are being filed for other relatives, give names of each and relationship. what should go in here?
Also does the USCIS accept mail-box. I could not find a mailing address in the form.
