I-130 Question

Hi all!!!

I am very confused. I got married (my wife is US citizen). I filled I-485, I-130 , I-131, I-765 together. I have already got I-131 approved and I-765 approved. My application is at MSC (Missoruri office).

When i check Missouri website there is no indication for I-130 processing. I am based in nyc.

Usually how much time it takes for getting for green card interview for a spouse of US citizen. If MSC is just processing center which center I look for ongoing I-130 processing.

I will really appreciate if somebody could clear my doubts????

It's alright to be confused... a lot of the people are - at least at the begining of the process... my husband and I were. As for your question about processing times, check out the AOS Timelines Thread, by Ari4u, and look for the timelines against your DO... this will give you a rough idea.

The MSC plays the NBC now... you might want to check out this thread. Look for reply from RaleighGuy for an excellent overview on the role of MSC (the NBC).
