i-130 question about petition

Section D, part -2 , there is question: Did you ever petition for this alien or others?

I won the DV lottery and came to the USA with my wife. Will that wife be considered a petition? as I never filed the i-130 before. Just Application for Immigration Visa and Biographic Ds 230.

Please someone help. I do not want to put wrong information intentionally in the -130
 
You are absolutely right, your Wife got her GC thru a derivative status, not by virtue of your petition, so the answer is No.
