Hi,

My future wife is a USC, naturalized years ago (I believe in 2000).
On the I-130 petition (instructions, page 1 & 2) that she will have to file it's stated that, in order to prove her citizenship status she will have to submit:
A. If you were born in the United States...... Obviously not the case, since she was born in Ukraine
B. A copy of your naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship issued by USCIS or the former INS
C. A copy of Form FS-240, Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the U.S., issued by an American embassy or consulate.
D. A copy of your unexpired U.S. passport; or

Now, does she have to submit all of the above (except for A and C which are not applicable) or a copy of her US passport (by far the easiest way) is enough?
Thanks

In your case B and D. The instructions are pretty clear. Submit whats applicable to you.
