Hi justmarried10

I am in the same boat as you

I applied I-130 for my wife as a GC holder in Dec 2009 and I became US Citizen on 21 Apr 2010.
Last week I filed for I-485/I-765/I-131/I-864/I-693/G-325A along with a pending receipt of I-130/proof of citizenship and also with a cover letter to upgrade the visa classification and advance processing of I-130/I-485 petitions based of my changed status from GC to Citizen.

Once ur Wife becomes Citizen, she needs to file for I-485 for you along with the proof of citizenship/pending I-130 proof/I-765 & I-131 if needed and should mail the application packet to the same service center where the I-130 is pending (address will be at the bottom of the I-130 receipt notice)
I am not sure about the processing times for this approach as I myself have to experience it.

Hope this helps
