Arrival/departure record (I-94) Date arrived
Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on form I-94 or I-95.
If I paroled until DEC 22 2006 …do you know what my status after that date will be?

If your relative in not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for visa aboard at the American Consular post in: City ____Country_____
From this question it looks like some people will be able to apply inside the U.S and other people will be able to apply with the American embassy in their county?
