Hi,

I have been in the US for 15 years. I came here when I was 1 but my parents never fixed my papers . They have been divorced since 93. We came in as visitors but my mom lost my passport and/or the i-94 papers. She is no longer in the US. My father will petition me (he is a permanent resident).

Here are my questions:confused:...

1.How am I supposed to file the i130 forms without the arrival and departure records (passport)?
2.Do I need to file a G325A form too?
3.Can I get some sort of special work permit since Im already here?
4.What is the estimated time to get approved?
5. Are the addresses of previous residence required? What if I cant remember them because I moved around a lot?

THANK YOU.:)

A1: Your father will file your I-130, not you.
A2: Yes
A3: No, not until you have an I-485 in the works
A4: I believe F2A is backlogged by 4-6 years
A5: Best guesses would be fine as long as you iterate that fact

That 5-6yr wait will most likely cause you to age-out unless you are covered by CSPA. Preferably your father needs to apply for his N-400 and get his USC quickly, so he can sponsor you as an immediate relative while you are still a minor. If that is not practical (for whatever reason) he needs to get the I-130 submitted ASAP to give you any chance of being approved before you turn 21..

he got it like around 94s i think but he wants to file it but i wanna make sure its right because hes LAZY to the max.

he got his perminent residency by marriage. him and his wife has been married for along time but got a divorce like 3 years ago.

How long would it take for his approval if he files a USC?
