So, I got married last year. Initially, the 'grand plan' was for me, an LPR, to move to country X to join spouse, a citizen of country X. Unfortunately, due to some issues, our plan has changed: I want my spouse and child to come to join me here in the US. We plan on moving to country X several years from now.
My question is: How can I bring my spouse 'faster' here:
a) Submit the i-130 today or
b) Submit the i-130 when my n-400 petition is approved? I'm eligible to submit my n-400 in three weeks. Here in the northeast, N-400 approval run 7-10 months in my district.
