Hi All,
I'm new to this forum, I'm a USC getting ready to file AOS/Concurrent filing for my parents GC. On I-130 it asks in Part 5 " Have you "EVER" previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?"
I had filed I-130 for both my brothers about 2 years back, these were forwarded to California service center but remain pending, since the wait for a sibling is several years, i never got a decision.
How do i respond to the query on the current I130, did i file for other aliens, it also asks for filing details and decision? Please help!
