I-130 Moved from NSC to CSC

Congratulations!
When did you file your petition, what's your prioroty date? I am trying to figure out how long it will take for my petition to be approved. And they didn't send me any notice that petition is sent back to Nebraska.

For my June 2002 Priority date, and my recent upgrade to USC for my I-130, and after my RFE, I received this email:

On May 11, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 990 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case

Any ideas how long this will take them? (By the way they asked for birth certificates)

got that message too and it took a week. but in theory is shorther. i am unmarried child of citizen put in petition before the current PD. the current date is like may 2001. and i am from south america, so is faster.
