My I-130 was approved but some reason I received a letter from Department of State in order to apply for an immigrant visa. I married a U.S citizen long time ago. The letter from Department of State is requesting if I will apply or not since this was approved more that one year ago. I am ready for adjustment of Status but I concern that probably my I-130 approved is expired
