I-130 in National Benefits Center (NBC)

I am a US citizen, applied (I130+I485+I131+I765) for my spouse in April 2023. According to the receipts, my case ended up in National Benefits Center (NBC).
A month ago, I130 status has changed from "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent" to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". However, nothing else has happened since then. In my USCIS account, I see that estimated time until case decision is 2 weeks, which looks too optimistic.
I checked Case Processing Times on the USCIS web site, it says that 80% of cases are completed within 53 months at NBC, which is insane!
So, my questions are
Is NBC some kind of bad luck service center and when your case got there you are screwed or there might be some alternatives?
Has anyone got their NBC case approved within normal processing time (10-14 months)?
What should I expect?
Can I make USCIS create an expedite request to speed up my case after seeing "Your case is taking longer than expected to process"?
Any thoughts and recommendations are welcome?
