Hello ALL
I had an I-130 filed for me two years ago (category 2-B)
and after one year from the filing , i reached USA
and now have an I-589 recommended approval..
as well as, my I-130 has been approved these days ..
VIsa Bulleting for this category is (July 1998)
my Q is , will i be able to apply for adjustment of status since i am already in the US when I-130 was approved or i still have to wait the visa bulletin to be due?
