I am in usa with my spouse, son and daughter minor.I was on L-1 status, I applied for my L-1 extension appeal. Meantime I applied for I-140 and since last 10 months we are waiting. there is no RFE for I-14o.
Now If my I-140 may denay or L-1 appeal deany what is possiblities are there.
My brother is US CITIZEN If he apply for me and my family file I-130,I-485 and EAD concurentlly is that possible? During I-130 approve period we can stay in USA. our status for that period is Lawfully or what? how long it will take for approval for I-130 and all procedure?
