I 130---Hi-B2 and what to do

I came here on B2 in 2000 and Aplied under the life act through my brother for change of status through I 130.
In the meantime I found a employer who got me H1-B2 .
I am having lots of problems with him and they wouldnt give me my copy of I 129 and i would like to move on.
I have not looked for another employer but if this one cancels my H1 then is there anyhow i could be protected by my I 130 and what should i do to continue staying and maintainig my legal status as all my kids and my wife are here and they are on H4.
wE CAN NOT GO BACK TO OUR COUNTRY AS WE WOUND UP AND CAME HERE FOR GOOD.
please show us a way.

If all you have filed so far is an I-130, then you will be out of status once your employer cancels your H1.
