Hi. I need help filing form I-130 for siblings. Have few questions. I received my greencard(2009) through marriage. But I am divorced. Recently became US Citizen(2015). Now I am filing for my brother and sister. I am the youngest one. Both siblings have family. So questions I am confused about are as follows.

Section B - Information About You

Que:14 :- "If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete following:"

(Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission).
- I am US Citizen now. do I need to answer this question or just put N/A? If yes then do I have to fill out my PR number in it? It's confusing.

Que:14 b :-
"Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to U.S Citizen or lawful permanent resident?"
- I know it must be YES. but again I am U.S Citizen now not a permanent resident anymore.

Section C - Information About Your Relatives

"My brother's Family visited United Stated in Nov-2014 to Feb-2015 on visitor visa. All 4 family members."

Que:14 :- About I-94.
"do I have to submit all 4 I-94s?
Section D - Other Information

Que: 1
- I should put their name and relationships to me on both of their file? I mean in brother's file I fill this section with my sister's name and in sister's file I fill this section with my brother's name, right?

Que:2
I DID NOT BEFORE. FOR ANY OF THEM. Only I am filing both siblings file at the same time.
- So What would be the answer here? YES or NO?
if YES what would be the detail?

Looking forward to best answer to your knowledge. Thank you.
Regards.

Just put N/A.

Que:14 b :- "Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to U.S Citizen or lawful permanent resident?"

This is a little confusing. They probably meant the question only for people who are currently permanent residents, in which case you don't need to answer. But to be on the safe side, you can check Yes, and if it doesn't apply, they'll just ignore it.

C14 is for "If your relative is currently in the U.S.", which your brother is not, so just put N/A.

Section D - Other Information

yes

Que:2
