Hi, I'm a U.S. citizen sponsoring my wife with the I-130. We both live in Canada, and there is no office for consular processing here, so I'm sending the I-130 in the U.S. and putting my parents' address as the place where we intend to live.
If I do that, is there any disadvantage to having my parents fill out an affadavit attesting to our marriage, as it will show that their address is the same? Or doesn't it matter?
