I-130 Forms filling Help required

I am a U.S Citizen and would like to apply for my mother in Bangladesh.
My Question is that Can I apply for my brother in the same I-130 Form which i am using for my Mother OR do I have to file separately for my brother using
another I-130 Form and submitting additional fees for that.
Please help urgently , as fees are going up this July 30 , 2007.

You have to file a I-130 for each and every relative. That means one form for your mom and one for your brother. 2 forms, 2 fees.

How old is your brother? Depending on his age, it may take less time for his GC if your mother sponsors him after her arrival in the US on a green card. Not that it stops you from sponsoring your brother. He can have two I-130s in the system concurrently.
