I-130 form question, what should I put?

I live in Raleigh, NC, US citizen. Now for parents I-130, for the following question, should I put Texas Service Center or our local USCIS office?

(If local, I would guess it is Charlotte, NC, am I right? any USCIS office in Raleigh?)

If mom and dad are already here, on I-130 put your local office (DO) servicing your home zip code. Good Luck

Looks like Charlotte is the only local office in NC:
