Hi guys!
I am helping my husband to fill I-130 for me and we are stuck on q.14. I came as j-1 visitor, got two of my B2 visas approved, but I didn't leave the country. So now I have I-94 in my passport from entering USA as J-1 visitor, and then I have two updated I-94 for my B2 visas. So, in which I-94 expiration date USCIS is interested in? Q.14 asks about the visa I came to the country, date I arrived and expiration date. I am totally confused. Sorry, if I am repeating myself and my story, I just can't get the answer at all. Thanks!!!

As a J-1, does it say that you are subject or not subject to 212(e), 2 year home residence requirement? They want to know about the J-1, you can add the additional information on a page attached.

Ok,Thanks BigJoe5, I am NOT subject to 2 year residence requirement. So, I'll write everything about J-1 visa and will attach a page with my B2s. Thanks again!!!Then one more question about my I-485 form. They also ask about Current status and when I-94 expires. My first I-94 in my passport says D/S. You think I should write there J-1 overstayed, and D/s under Expires on... even if it's expired???or my current status is my B2???I am sooo confused, please help me with that also. Thanks!!!
