Parents with greencard would like to bring their children over 21 to US. Do they need to live in US until the children arrive to US?
E.g parents need to be physically present in US until the children arrive to US?

The US needs to be their primary country of residence, as part of the requirement to maintain their green cards. But they don't need to be physically present in the US until the children arrive. They can take trips abroad, as long as the trips are not long enough to make them lose their green cards.
