I'm going to file I-130 for my brother and sister. I know that I have to file 2 separate I-130s for them, but i dont know if I have to pay the fee of $355 for each application or I have to pay total of 355*2=$710? And do I have to send two applications in two separate envelopes?

Thanks for your replies.

by all means, send two different applications, in two different envelopes and with two separate checks.

Thank you for your precious sharing. Please double check for me the following documents I need to send with I-130:

1. US citizenship certificate
2. My birth certificate and my siblings' birth certificate (do they need to be notarized?)
3. Filing fee

Anything else I have to submit? something like Affidavit of Support?

Thank you very much for your help.

no experiences are necessary. You must send what is asked of you in the instructions to I-130. If you don't, your applications will not be processed. Other people's experiences are irrelevant.

Thanks for your reply. When I read the instruction from USCIS, they dont say anything about FC-029 which is mentioned at immihelp page. So, that makes me a little bit confused.

I'm in same situations and would appreciate you sharing your experience. Someone told me to file G-325A biographic form also. I was going to file for my brother and probably won't need G-325A for now. Anyway, can you list the docs/forms that you submitted?

Also, do you need to put some thing under "8.Date and Place of Present Marriage (if married)" on I-130 because that seems to be irrelevant when sponosring borther/sister.

Thanks so much!

1. 130 clearly states the supporting docs.
2. The instructions also clearly state that you do not leave blank spaces. You should use NONE or N/A, whichever is applicable.

Just read the instructions carefully and slowly and make a checklist of supporting docs as you go by.

Which is a more reliable source of info? USCIS or immigration portal? If the USCIS didn't say anything about it, you don't need it. Does this form even exist anymore?
