I 130 for sibling and his family

Please, i am planning on filing I130 for my brother, i recently became USC.

Can i file for my sibling and there family or just my sibling?

My brother has two kids / wife.

Really appreaceate for the helpful info.

Also where can i get the processing times for family based green cards for siblings and there family.

You can file for your brother, however, your brother's wife and kids will be the derivative beneficiary and will be included in the same petition.
 
Unlike a parent filing for children where they fall into different categories based on marital status, there is no differentiation of categories on the basis of marital status for siblings.
 
it wil take around 10-12 years...kids of ur bro can come with him if they are under 21 at the final time of their case(i think so)
 
My brothers kids are just 4 years daughter / 3 month son.

Question: You said the kids and wife will be derivative of my brothers I 130 application, that means i just pay $399 for the whole application processing fee to USCIS or will have to pay 399 x 4?

Guys. I sent I-130 for sibiling about 3 weeks ago and received Approval email today.What is going on here? Now I have to wait for visa number or this means something else.I was told by attorney that approval will be later when visa number is available or when availability will be close.Any Idea?
 
received was here a week after submitting application, Email says:
Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN
Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On October 29, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
 
Wait for the actual letter. Those emails sometime nothing but fake. Frankly, I really doubt you'll get one, but if u will - u are the lucky one! Still have to wait for 10 years for the priority date.

Congratulation! on your sibling approval. Can you post your time line, just for the record, please. I sent a form 1-130 for my two brothers on 0ct. 15, 2009.
