Family-Based Applications I-485 for Immediate Relatives instruction,
says"
Effective April 1, 2005, if you live in any of the following states Alaska, California, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington,"

you will need to mail your application to:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

While on I-130 instruction, Page 3, says “If I-130 is being filed concurrently with I-485, submit both forms at the local USCIS office”,

Is it contradicted? a mistake by CIS again?

thanks for your clarification?

the form could be the old form.

i heard for the I-130 and I-485, they need to be sent to Chicago Lockbox.

The right address is the Chicago Box if you file concurently I-130 and I-485.

You can get more info.

so, if I only file I-130 for CP, I should send I-130 to service center, NOT Chicago Lockbox, is this correct?

Thanks again

Hi,

My wife wants to sponsor PR for her brother's son. Can u tell me is it possible to sponsor in this case (I know unless parents or in laws, it takes more time say years). If yes what are the documents are needed? Currently he is 6 years old and he is in India..

you should review the I-130 instruction. I remember they list whom or whom not to be sponsored.
