I would like to sponsor my brothers and I'm trying to find the best way to file an I-130. I understand that I can either submit an i-130 here in the US or do it overseas at the embassy. I'm planning to relocate overseas before the end of the year so my question is if I apply here and relocate overseas, will USCIS allow me to change address?
Which way is faster / better? apply directly here or do it overseas?
