I-130 for Brother/Sister by US Adult Citizen

Hello Friends,

I have heard that petition for Brother/Sister by US Adult Citizen (Under I-130, Fourth Preference), is going to be discontinued, i.e. they are not going to accept any more application under this Brother/Sister category.

Is it true?
Does anybody have any idea about it?
All replies and help will be greatly appreciated.
