Hi,

I am naturalized USC and would like to apply for Green Card for my brother and his family. Do I need to file separate I-130 for my brother, his wife and minor kids or only one I-130 need to be filed.

Please advise.

Thanks,

One I-130 for your brother only. His wife and under-21 kids can join the same petition as derivative beneficiaries. However if any of his kids turn 21 during the 12+ year wait, they might age out and become ineligible to join him.

Firstly, you should have started your own thread isntead of hijacking someone else's.
Secondly, you cannot apply for your brother's visit visa, he will apply for it. More likely than not, it will be denied due to pending I-130.

I am us citizen i applied i130 for my brother during process can i apply him tourist visa?
