My mother will be filing a I-130 for his married brother. We are confused as to what we are to fill out on the application since the form asks for (C. Information about your relative)

We are thinking of listing the brothers wife and also the two children... but here is the problem, one of the children (brothers daughter) is married but is under 21. So do we even bother listing the married children's name on the I-130 application? I doubt so...

The other child (brothers son) is under 21 and unmarried so we will list his name along with the brothers wife.

Please let me know if you could help.

No. This is my for my uncle. I am completing the paperwork for my mother - the petition is for my mothers brother.

So that makes him my uncle and he has a wife and two kids. Both kids are under 21 but one of them is married. That's my dilemma. Do I still list my uncles marriee daughter on the form?
