I am a naturalized USC. I have an elder brother who is around 40 years old. He has 2 kids (14 years girl and 7 years boy). I recently applied for I-130. Just so that my brothers family can get their green card when kids are ready to go college. In couple of years down the road, I might invite my brothers family to visit me on B1/B2 visa..is it possible to apply B1/B2 visa with I-130 pending, provided that my brother shows enough intent to return to India as he is a civil servant?
i tried to search this forum for related experience but haven't found any..
