I-130 fee vs immigration Direct

Hi,

I am a US Citizen and would like to apply for GC for my parents. I am kind of confused about the fee and the process.

A)
The following link asks for a fee of $199 at the start of the process.

However, the USCIS form page shows a fee of $355 for I-130

Are they different? Is there an E-file process for I-130?

Without looking into it further it appears the $199 fee at Immigration Direct is to use their service. They are not associated with USCIS and according to their disclaimer they don't give legal advice. The disclaimer also states the purchase price does not include application fees that have to be paid to the government. I am suspect Immigration Direct ask you questions then fills out the I-130 based on your answers.
I would get the from directly from the USCIS website and fill it out based on the instructions, and submit it with the proper fee directly to USCIS.

According to USCIS website, I-130 may not be filled electronically.
