I filed I-130 for my parents(Petition for Alien Relative) and last week got Decision letter from USCIS stating. Your form I-130 is incomplete because the petitioner signature is deficient. I made a mistake by typing beneficiary name against petitioner signature.
What’s the best way to fix - option given to me in letter - I-290 B, EOIR-29. It took exactly 1 year for USICS to make a call.
Not sure if re-filing can be done and is there way to expedite?
