Hi. I am planning to file I-130 for my wife and run into question D.2. "Have you ever before filled a petition for this and any other alien". I don`t know how to answer. Many years ago I applied for US permanent residence in the "Alien of Extraordinary Ability" category, and when my petition was approved my former wife and children were included and approved for permanent residence as well. In 2009 I became a US Citizen, and in 2011 I got divorced. Divorce decree endorsed on June 15, 2011. In 2012 I remarried and would like to file a petition for my second wife, who is a Citizen of Germany. Does my first petition as "AEA + wife & children" count as a petition filled for somebody else?
