I-130 C - question 14 - form not working?

Has anyone had any problem filling out i-130 Section C under question 14? You can't type the type of visa field. Also when you try to enter the I94 number in those skinny little boxes, it acts really strange. You can kind of type the numbers in but you can't even see the whole numbers. Then it adds barcode looking thing at the bottom. Should I just use pen and write the numbers down? I was concerned because if it generates barcode by entering the #s electronically, then I probably shouldn't be writing by hand.

They did a terrible job with PDFs. There are a lot of problems with forms. However, it does let me enter the info under C.14. For I-94 number the digits are hardly shown. You can either manually enter them, or get the form from other sites: http://www.immihelp.com/forms/immigration.html, http://www.visapro.com/US-INS-Forms/INS-Form-I-130.asp.
I haven't seen any barcode looking thing. I don't think it should be there.

It's funny that their old form works better than their updated form!
