I-130 approved while visiting

I filed I-130 and I-129F petitions for my wife in February.

Meanwhile my wife and her family applied for Visitors Visas to attend a family event in the US fully disclosing that my wife is married to an American citizen and awaiting immigration. They were all granted visas. The interview was a group interview, a very short one and no questions were asked about the petitions.

Today both her I-129F and I-130 petitions are approved while my wife is flying in with Visitors visa and a round trip ticket. She was planning to return in a month. Now that her I-130 is approved, what would be the fastest and least complicated way to move forward?

Good for you that they got approved rather fast. I applied for my wife back in April and both 130 and 129F are still pending in California Service center. Could you please let me know what Service centre your case got processed in and what the status of your wife is? Did she have to go back out of US to get her GC or could you apply for her I-485 here? I would appreciate any information you can share on this.
