I 130 approval notice

Hi all, just wanted some general guidance. I read most of the threads on this topic but didn't see anything that is similar to my case. My brother (a US citizen) applied for me in 2001 (in Texas). I got a letter acknowledging the receipt of the application. At the time I was studying in the US, I have since left the US and returned home. Middle of this month (May 2009) he received an Approval Notice. I haven't seen it but after he informed me of it I checked online, which confirmed that the application was approved. What is the next step? Also since I changed address (his address remains the same), how will this affect my application? Will I have to inform INS? I read their instructions online but it wasn't clear if the change-of-address form was for the petitioner or the person they are petitioning on behalf of.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks. Lisa

since it takes about 10 years for the priority date to become current in F4 cases, you don't have to worry about anything till about year 2011-2012. You will receive correspondence from National Visa Center with instructions then.

Your brother could try to inform USCIS of your address change, but chances are it won't be updated (since it's abroad). He will still get the same correspondence.
