I am an USC and I applied for my mother's I 130 (she lives overseas at this time) in the beginning of August of this year at the Vermont Service Center; got a receipt dated August 8,2006. Does anyone know how long it will take for this to get processed; it looks like the date of February 5, 2006 as processing time has not changed in MONTHS (I think when I checked back in March it was the same date given). Has anyone's I 130 gotten approved ecently?????
